Yoga is a lot more intense and difficult than those who have not done it before believe. Don't believe us? Whip out a sticky mat and try this five minute yoga flow for yourself to discover how much muscular intensity goes into flowing and holding each position.

This particular flow is dedicated to building strong shoulders, arms, and back. From down dogs to balancing your body out on a side plank, these moves are excellent challenges for anyone who is already at a good fitness level and is looking to banish trouble spots.
