Want to increase your flexibility, tone your back and core, AND relieve stress all at once? It sounds nothing short of a miracle, but with a good yoga practice you can have all three at the same time.

Start with this yoga pose, the hastauttanasana, or hand raising pose.

Hastauttanasana is the simple extension of pranamasana or prayer pose. Here you raise your folded hands from before your chest to above your head and beyond while you bend backwards.
